Preparation Instructions:
Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the formula.
Sterilize bottles, teats, and utensils by boiling them in water for 5 minutes or using an approved sterilizer.
Boil drinking water and allow it to cool down to about $40\textdegree\text{C}$ before pouring the correct amount of CapriVita Formula into the bottle.
Add the indicated amount of CapriVita Formula to the water.
Cap the bottle and shake gently until the powder is fully dissolved.
Test the temperature on the inside of your wrist before feeding.
Feed immediately. Discard any unfinished formula within 2 hours.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. After opening keep container airtight and use within 30 days.
